When training like chris u wanna control the weight stricken your form and work at it 315 or 365 on incline is very impressive indeed but it comes with a good work ethic now what im doing now is learning the basics of compound lifts making sure my form is on point and i can control the weight im 20 pounds away from 225 on flat and just started to crack 185 but im 10 pounds from it but it's still good to use explosive reps once you go up in weight but controlling the weight i think is key to a very successful bench 💯
