I was new to K-Pop about 2 years ago because of Blackpink. I was learning about them and noticed that a lot of reactors were reacting to Babymonster’s The Last Evaluation show and from there I got hooked. The show is not really a survival show where the members were assembled through the show. Most of these girls were already training together at YG for 4+ years. The show is worth the watch and now I’m a huge BM fan. If you’re interested in their pre-debut content, I recommend start with their individual black and white Live Performances. They are short but will get you hooked. Then continue with their individual Introductions. You can also check out their character playlist…they are short but not necessary. I found out about them because they are the next girl group from YG after Blackpink. Blackpink is obviously a huge group to follow up from, but all the BabyMonster members are so so talented and they really hold their own as a group. And BabyMonster come out with a new song on 1 July, a reaction to it would be cool 😊

YG announced the Next Movement and started dropping each Baby Monster girls live solo covers on the YG enterprise channel. As each member dropped their solo covers it was a mind blowing experience. The enormous talent showcased in black and white had me in tears. Haram(Rami) gave a very adult RNB vibe First up and got me interested. I was hooked when they dropped the 2nd solo, Ahyeon she hit the high notes of a talented vocalist and then switched to rapper mode stunned me in disbelief and then a hip hop dance cover by 5 members got me hooked. When Asa rapper came in with Dray and then machined gun a Joyner Lucas my jaw was on the floor. Then Chiquita and Pharita vocals put us amongst angels. And Rora gave us unbelievable emotional delivery and Ruka rapper came in so hard which just blew me away.

YG released introduction videos of each video on their channel showing their growth since they were cast. I saw YG posted the silhouette post on their channel back on New Years. Highly recommend watching Ahyeon's performance of Dangerously -Charlie puth cover. It went viral and Charlie Puth saw it and gifted them the song "Like That" They have their next comeback titled "Forever" dropping at 11EST Sunday or 1st 00KST.

Since you're pro dancer, plz keep in mind. They could be more emphasize the choreo, if they want to. But they sacrifice hard choreo to live singing ability. Live singing is YG trademark. In general i think people are looking forward when YG announced the next group. I think majority of people look at them cuz they are from a big company specially YG they are the only GG that come out in 7 years after Blackpink so the hype is there for the group. But for me as a long time YG artist fan i was just waiting for when YG going to have another GG.

The song is incredibly good and has such a cool vibe.
