Revisiting one of local 4wd tracks near Christchurch, a good testing ground for rigs enjoying the New Year Holidays.

Heya. Not really. I fittted an RT tyre. A mix of all terrain and mud terrain hybrid tyre they say I guess :)

@@rsadventuresnz8400cool, thanks for letting me know, btw what budget do you recommend for RT tyres? I’m new to 4WD, I did some research and RT tyre is from $300 -$800 each.

I did use Maxxis MT and cooper stt pros previously before trying these RTs. I mainly bought it as I was thinking I am driving 80% road. 20% offroading. I am quite happy with them as I dont do Hard 4wding". I currently use Radar Renegade RT+. Toyo open country RT or Kenda Klever RT would be my next go to. Cheers
