I’m almost certain he was natural. I think 1 thing that’s important to note is that he was emaciated. If you look at weight gain in research studies looking at starved individuals, they can easily gain substantial amounts of lean body mass within a very short period of time. The body operates differently from a baseline than it does in a true starved state. It might sound ridiculous that he gained 100 lbs, but when you account for muscle, water, fat, organ tissue (yes you can lose or gain organ tissue), bone…this is all very doable. He also was very fat at 220 lol. Combine it with a workout routine, I’m gonna say this was not movie star genetics😂.
