But he was probably reading the explanation of one of the following verses: Surate Al-Baqara verse 164 Surate Al-E-Imran verse 190 Surate Al-Rum verses: from 21 till 27 And there’s probably more because I only memorize few chapters from the Quran. I don’t know about the rest of it.

​@@ebk_72 I believe he was referring to verse 164 in Surah Al-Baqarah, which states: (Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of the night and the day, and the [great] ships which sail through the sea with that which benefits people, and what Allāh has sent down from the heavens of rain, giving life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein every [kind of] moving creature, and [His] directing of the winds and the clouds controlled between the heaven and earth are signs for a people who use reason.)

I am Pakistani Muslim, and I live around other Pakistani Muslims, and whilst we talk about our empathy for Palestine, we ignore the people (including other Muslims) suffering around us in our own towns/cities every day. As an ummah, we are losing empathy for others, and then we wonder why others don't have empathy for us. I think in relation to dogs in particular, we extend that lack of love and empathy towards animals. Even if you're not a dog or pet person, you should care about the welfare of animals, it's bizarre that people would laugh at the death of a beloved pet.

As a Bengali, I understand their language and they reserve specific slurs for all races even my people are looked down on. Pakistanis here are doing insurance scams and drug dealing, and they will say Alhamdulillah for their haram earnings.
