But it's also about victorious faith and spiritual triumph over some of the greatest political and religious forces known in the 16th century.
A simple God-seeking man, William Tyndale somehow became one of the most wanted men in England and all of Europe. Pursued by King Henry VIII, Lord Chancellor Sir Thomas More, and the Pope's personal legate Cardinal Wolsey, Tyndale darted across Europe to avoid capture -- always pushing to complete the task that obsessed him.

Roger Rees is a terrific actor. His portrayal of "Nicholas Nickleby" was outstanding and made the series so memorable.

Jesus is ourLord and Saviour. We must always with Him in our interior self and in the exterior by our deeds and words Also in the Bible we can also find Jesus there. Read it with humility to listen to His voice speak ing to us.

get the Catholic edition Tyndele swapped out words. elder for priest, favor for grace, love for Agape. etc. Jerome translated the Greek and Hebrew correctly in 385. Tyndale was a Lutheran rebel and hated the Church.

watching this movie, it remebers me of the Word Jesus gave to the church in Smyrna. "These are the words of him who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again. 9 I know your afflictions and your poverty-yet you are rich! I know about the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. 10 Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you life as your victor’s crown"

Jesus was talking about what Catholics would suffer for 300 years in Rome having to say mass in the catacombs and being fed to the lions in the coliseum. st Ignatius of Antioch was taught by John and was eaten by the lions. he wrote. " if men tell you that the Eucharist is not the very risen flesh and blood of Christ have nothing to do with them. if you are not under a Catholic Bishop you are not in the church"

Not just a movie, this is a celebratory time when God took his church back in order to allow good god fearing men to preach the good news, as Rome had been distorting it for centuries. The Catholic Church has never repented for the murders of millions of my Brothers and Sisters in Christ ...BUT God who says ' it's mine to avenge ' and He will avenge the blood of the Saints ..and it is not far away as we gallop towards the Tribulation ! Jesus Christ is the only mediator between man and God ...NOT the Virgin Mary or any of those who have been ordained as Saints by the Catholic Church !

How can you punish a person for the word of God and devotion?! Church clerics are also human who will answer to thy Lord Jesus. And much will be asked from a persons who got high responsibility to spare life or to destroy it...Lord God have mercy on us all. Amen

The KJV was translated with prayer and hardship, threat of arrest, imprisonment, torture and death. Since its publication translations have appeared that have sought to take the trust from God's people in His holy word. Codex Vaticanus followed by Codex Sinaiticus both forgeries have been created by the RCC to take back the power they lost when people read the KJV of the Bible and realised salvation was a gift from God and people did not have to pay for it. The ground has been laid for a one world government and a one world religion with one bible and not the one William Tyndale died for. The RCC seeks complete worldwide domination.
