I love your reactions an your commentary you. Say what most of us that see the movie think an Say. I also like how you appreciate everyone one that watches. Your videos because apparently some don't. I just had to unsub from someone who wants to make a official. Two tiered system a patreon one and a non patreon one. Because he just posted a reaction to Sleepaway Camp but its only for. Patreon members only so every one else is out of luck. He doesn't care on purpose but he posted it on KZfaq saying I reacted to this movie . But if you want to see it you have to pay for it. No cut down version will be posted on KZfaq. For non patreon members its a patreon exclusive only . So I automatically unsubscribe because thats uncalled for since. If it was not for regular subscribers to his channel . He would not probably have that many subscribers in the first place. Then he decided to do something like this.

I actually like that they made the car itself alive, unlike in the book where its just possessed by the ghost of the guy that died in it. I think its creepier that its an entity to itself right from the start, even hurting and killing people on the assembly line.

The car fixing itself effect was amazing. They did it with hydraulics that sucked in the sides to crumple it then played the film in reverse. This is my fav King book. In the story it isn't clear enough if the car is possessed or if its Arnie's obsession.

Drive-ins are really fun due to the atmosphere; it almost feels like an outdoor party that happens to have a huge screen (perfect for watching Jaws!) But you don’t go to a drive-in if you really want to hear every word of dialogue and focus on subtle performances. Try to go once in your life!

Jim Morrison went back to high school to bully Arnie Cunningham.... and THEN runs in a straight line down a road in front of a car trying to outrun said car LMAO 🤣 That man was a super duper senior, wasn't he? The most chilling moment was when Arnie pulled the glass from himself before he died. He played crazy so well

The part where Arnie shouts at Leigh "Don't touch me, shitter!!" wasn't scripted. The actress, Alexandria Paul, was expecting him to cry on her shoulder. So her startled reaction was real.

A great adaptation that elevates the source material with some creative changes. Christine is a gorgeous car and I love how she becomes a fixation, an all consuming obsession like the One Ring. Carpenter probably could have gotten a better cast, but I think they do alright. At least the music slays, as JC always puts together a killer soundtrack.

Thats the thing about the movie that's. Never really answered did the car really process him . Granted its a evil sentient car that kills people. But did it process him or did it just bring out another side of him . Because he went from a bullied teen with no confidence. To one with confidence an a more confrontational attitude. That could of been suppressed the entire time. But the car just brought it to the surface. Here's a nother movie about a killer car The Car 1977 .
