I do have a testimony that as soon as one opens the scriptures to learn.There is a light that radiates around.I experienced this when I visited a terminally ill friend who later passed on.As soon as we opened tbe scriptures,I would see something like a light around her and I knew that reading the scriptures for her was the best comfort that I could give to her in her last days on this earth.

I listen to videos of The Prophets and Apostles everyday. If I’m having a particular difficult day, I will listen to a talk several times a day. Listening to the videos along with your studying and prayer, you will get not only more spiritual insight, it will help you know which steps to make next in strengthening your spiritual standing before God. I wish you well in your trials. This life is difficult. If you stand with Him, Our Lord, He will stand with you. It’s hard, it’s a constant fight, but it’s true and it’s worth it. The peace. The Joy.
