I bought a jar of Coconut Oil and a box of Corn Starch , 3 packages of small condiment containers, and a package of metallic looking smiley stickers to make Homemade Hand Cream for the staff at my two doctors offices. And anyone else who will need a little gift this year. Not expensive but useful, and smile provoking. I bought $17 worth of stuff and my mailman put the wrong key in my box. My key opened a parcel box to someone else's package so I had to hand deliver their items. USPS refused to refund or rectify the situation despite the fact that this has not been the first time. I messaged TEMU and after about three days they refunded me my money even though they were not the ones that caused the issue.

Unfortunately companies often have to eat the cost of crappy delivery services and crappy packaging departments. I have to send back broken items all the time because they weren't packaged well and things go through heck during shipping.

I worked for L.L.Bean at a call center for several years. I loved the job. What I hated were the calls where I had to direct someone to look in the backyard filled with snow banks, under the porch, on the other side of the garage etc to find the package UPS had tossed there. Often we would resend the item (s) because due to careless delivery the item(s) were unusable.

@@jillgott6567 our stuff gets delivered directly to parcel boxes. So there is only one place an item can be in; the parcel box.

Things have changed with the post office and on most packages sent priority the sender automatically receives $50 insurance so they may have taken it up with the post office and not lost money. If they’re not sending it priority, they may have calculated that it’s cheaper to replace when they need to instead of using a more expensive shipping service purchasing and extra insurance for every single package. It is the seller’s responsibility to get the package to their customer and they chose the post office. Obviously the darn PO needs to do a good job too!

I absolutely love this retailer, when you did your video the last time, I went right on there, you are right, they have everything and then some, anything you can think of, I placed two different orders that I ended up getting in a little over a week. Such fun !! I love Temu! Just discovered them a few months ago. We ordered Christmas stockings for all 8 or our family for under $40. I expected, honestly, to get what we paid for but hey.....we needed eight so we'd settle. We were SUPER excited when they got here and they were superior quality. Since then I've ordered clothes for my 3 granddaughters and the quality of those items is great also. Can'twait to get my next order and....can't wait to order again using your code Brooke. Those backpacks are wonderful. They can be reused and kept for the following Christmas season and used at winter festivals, parks, and parades. We went to a parade this weekend and could have use one for all the candy they through out.

Some of the boxes of other Items were a little smashed but the items were there so no big deal! It didn’t bother me enough to not get things from them in the future! I bought over $150 On 3 orders since ur 1st video. I love their stuff but wanting to give a warning. That mens electric vest I ordered a 5xl and it fits like an xl. Shoes for toddlers and adults go up a size but this was the one thing I did not like the quality of. I will skip all shoes. The toddler clothes are 1 size small but decent quality. Guys try a small order to see if u like it. I really enjoy buying from them.

I loved this site. Order back in early November and still don't have my stuff. According to tracking when it got to the ports of California it stopped moving. I so sad. I wanted to put another order in but can't waste Christmas money twice. First order took a big dent from the little I can spend. So going to dollar tree try to get everyone something. Maybe next year order super early.

It’s shipped out of the US. My packages originated from Illinois and New York. They have both standard shipping and express. I used regular standard and got one in 5 days and another in 8. I’ve seen a lot of people say about a week for them too.

So far, so good! (Yes I kept it for myself 😂) it was a whiz on some onions! I barely shed a tear. Honest opinion on that chopper. It seems pretty sturdy. I used it twice so far, and it’s done pretty well. I’ve not used the attachments for slicing potatoes, etc.. so I can’t comment on that part. The best part about TEMU, is their customer service. If you get an item you aren’t happy with, they will try to make it right. I ordered a few things off camera, and one item looked like fed ex man threw it and ran over it 😂 They gave me an instant refund. Even though it was the carrier’s fault.

I wanted to love Temu but the items I got were very low quality. I bought little ice trays with lids and the lids dont even fit on the trays. The strainer was super low quality as well. I would say it's about the new Dollar Tree quality. This is my experience but maybe they have items that are better. Anyhow I bought some stocking stuffers so it works for that. One of the items I bought for my daughters stocking was missing so I was bummed about that but requested a refund for it. They wouldn't send the item out. Also, they sent all of my items in a bag so all the boxes the items came in were crushed. So forget wrapping anything. Sorry to be the downer. Really wanted to love it. Love your videos though! Great recipes and budget saving tips!

Oh bummer, everything I’ve got so far has been pretty great. They have good customer service. If you contact them, and tell them the problem about the low quality, they’ll fix it usually.

@@SouthernFrugalMomma I did contact them and they told me where to go to request a refund for the missing item. Maybe I will have better luck on quality next time. It was all pretty cheap though so I didn't think it would be awesome quality. I may request a refund for the ice trays though because the lids don't even fit on. Lol
