This is my advice for you: 1) switch off the news. Get away from social media. 2) make it a point to leave the house at least once a day. Even if it's just a short walk around the block 3) get in touch with friends and family. Try to meet them in person, if you can. You can keep your distance and wear masks if you feel that it's safer that way 4) eat healthy. Take vitamin D3 supplements (4000 iu daily) 5) if you feel that you can't cope, don't be afraid to reach out for help. You will find all the support you need out there, you just need to make that first phone call.
