Wow Bunnings in Victoria have way more cactus that at their Tamworth NSW store. Love the music on the "home stretch". I enjoyed tripping with you, thanks

Thanks for the trip! They have some fabulous nurseries in the south! Looking forward to you showing them in the next vid. In Brisbane we have been drenched for a week and had about 8 inches so far. Not a lot of happy succulents atm!

Welcome back down our way again!! I'm still yet to go to cactus country!! We were wanting to go on New Year's Day but they weren't open so I'm aiming for the Australia Day long weekend now lol Looking forward to watching your travels here 🤗 xx ETA - the zoom in on the dead bird 🤣🤣🤣

You got to love walking into a nursery and seeing a hard-to-get plant for a steal of a deal. It is like when I visit Southern California and not only is it all the hard to find things in Texas, but also usually half to a quarter of the price! I had to breakdown and buy a euphorbia horrida 'snowflake' online because they are just not available in my area. It is stunning and gorgeous, literally has grown not one bit lol, while my trigona 'rubra' is a skyscraper. I think becoming pickier is just a natural evolution, especially as you learn growth habits... I am a sucker though for big, thicc boy trunks 🤤My pachypodium is getting nice and thicc. Is it still a thing that a lot of opuntia species cannot be sold in Australia, or is it just o. stricta?

I have a snowflake and it took a looooong time to grow pups but she got there in the end- such a beautiful plant! Have definitely learned to be pickier due to the limited space we have on our balcony! But also if a plant just doesn't do well in my microclimates, there's just no point. Most opuntias still cannot be sold here, although I do see them on FB marketplace from time to time. The only opuntia that can legally be sold is the spineless burbank opuntia.

Hello, I'm new to your channel. I live in Victoria and am only about 45 minutes from that nursery in Lara. It's absolutely beautiful and go there all the time and always leave with plants. I love indoor plants, I do like succulents but do not have any cactus plants. I look forward to seeing your plant haul.
