Wouhaaaa quel belle maison 🏠 là ons peut dire maître artisan étant pâtissier depuis 15ans j'ai travaillé dans des belles boutiques mais la paris c'est quand même au dessus les gars doivent venir travaillé avec plaisir dans ces locaux propre net et le matériel impeccable 4 boutique j'imagine le débit de production que doivent subir les ouvriers force à tous ceux qui bosse dans ces boutiques vous pouvez être fière de vous chapeau les gars!!!!!👏👏👍👍👌💥💥

I went to pastry school, if you maintain very close cropped nails and wash your hands religiously it is actually more hygienic than wearing gloves.

Mettre des gants !!! Quelle hypocrisie en cuisine , en pâtisserie ... Tant de fois ou j'aie vue dégoûtée des commerçants, cuisiniers et autres métiers de bouche porter des gants les mêmes toute la journée , les bouts de doigts arrachés et "pendouillants" dans la nourriture !! A mains nues , propre évidement, sentir les ingrédient ,le poids , les textures , couper, émincer, mélanger.. heureusement beaucoup travaille SANS GANTS

If they wear gloves, the gloves make imprints on the pastries. Plus you are less likely to drop them if you are using your bare hands. Gloves are too slippery
