beautiful video..may I ask..after piped out the choux and before enter to the oven, they freeze the choux first..my question is, after taking the choux out to bake, what time in between, or straight from freezer to the oven..thank you

I'm so envious to korea because they have have lot of bakeries that has a lot of variety delicious pastries 😭, unlike here in my country they mostly sell dry and plain bread 🙂
