I was working at the Ritz Carlton in 1990's when Mr. Plummer was performing his one man show about John Barrymore and he stayed at the hotel for a month. Every night after the show all the local Ladies-Who-Lunch socialites were there fawning over him showering praise and affection while he downed drink after drink (never paying for a single one) and rewarding the ladies (and gentlemen) with stories and lines from the play and showing what a great star he truly is. He was charming as hell, smart and witty and left his fan club wanting more every night.

Too bad he isn't the role model that he should have been. Sad Plummer took Charmin into the bars at a very young age
@Edelweiss-wj5zx
@Edelweiss-wj5zx 2 ай бұрын
@@lornarichardson5655Charmin was an adult. He did stop the hard drinking a few years later and that’s a good role model that one can change, even though it’s hard breaking addictive habits. He stopped the hard drinking (and smoking) and lived a long healthy life.
