hello ,can you tell me why diffrent colors obtained? some of it is golden color and the rest is bright silver color

Golden color is for brass plating and nickel plating, they the color during the process. Silver color is the final color after chrome coating.

Lol there is an air agitation in the nickel bath. It's a simple blower motor running through pvc pipes with holes drilled into it running at bottom of tank. There is mechanical agitation and air. They are assuredly using AIR

No way you clean pre polished parts with pure water. Have to use an ALKALINE cleaner with acid etch. You spelled *NICKEL* INCORRECTLY. it's not NICKLE

no, nickel is used commonly. and water is used for impurities before acid sometimes.
