I get all my HDRI images from polyhaven! I believe for the first one I used it was one of their dawn/dusk skies here: polyhaven.com/hdris/skies

I just increased the scale and resolution values on the ocean modifier to make the waves more detailed

Thanks for the great tuts. I got stuck at the Text Object stage due to not having a "Mesh from Curve" add-on. I tried to find it online and install it. However it doesn't work the way it works for you. WOuld you mind sharing the add-on to download? Many thanks!

It should come in the default blender add-ons, you just have to search for it in the add-ons tab. Hope that helps! Or maybe you might not be in object mode or something?

the option is now under right click > covert to > mesh and tab out of object mode to see the change (blender 3.1)

Yeah I've had a few people say it doesn't come up in certain blender versions, maybe try download the newest version? also I'm using 2.83 in this tut if that helps :)

Just keyframe "Time" in the ocean modifier. Keyframes have to have different time values and then the waves should be moving @@merryb7311

select all letters, then shift + click the letter which has the material, it should have a lighter orange color when selected. then press ctrl + L and choose link materials

@@Atman26634 if by letters you mean font then yes, you can just set the base font to something different before distorting it
