Hi friends!! :) Thank you so much for watching! I've missed you guys! I hope this video helped you realize that you are NOT alone in your flare up days! Flare ups are NOT your fault. Do the best that you can and take it as it comes. You're doing great for all that you are enduring. You are NOT alone in this at all... Always remember that. :)
For those of you watching this video who aren't sick but have someone you love fighting chronic illnesses, fllare ups are when our symptoms heighten causing our body to be under extreme amounts of stress making it hard to cope with and even harder to control. "Sneak attacks" (flare ups) are VERY unpredictable so it's important that there is no judgement on those who one day may seem "fine" and the next day be laying in bed, unable to move, forcing them to cancel plans. Being supportive is the BEST thing you can do for someone who is having a hard time. :)

Thank so much for the video Kelly! I feel like one of the worst parts of a "sneak attack" is simply not knowing if you should stay home and ride it out or if you need medical assistance. It gets confusing, but it is great to know you are not alone in this! God bless!

Hey Kelly! This came at the perfect time I'm in a severe flare right now I have two chronic illnesses and can barley walk so it's nice to be reminded I'm not the only one out there dealing with this. 😌

Just what I needed to hear today! I was fine all week and just crashed today. I hate being sick on the weekends because thats when my husband and boys are home and I feel like I ruin the weekend. Ofcourse they dont see it that way but its hard for me. I'm so glad I found you here.

I was explained to once that stress comes in good and bad, what I mean is that something great could be happening to you and it is still stress, it made so much sense to me, so we can flare even in a great event, hugs

TheAnnamarie49 Yes!! I have read that before! Plus, our bodies could be under stress that we aren't even aware of which is why it's so "off" and random to us. You're never alone, thank you for watching my video! :) Sending love, support and good healing vibes! *HUGS!

I found your channel for the first time today. Such an inspiration! Living with chronic pain is one of the hardest things to learn to deal with. You're adorable to watch and listen to. Please keep making more videos like these to help the rest of us deal with the pain, even if it is different from the ones you deal with. thank you! :)

You are great, and i think you are really pretty. You shouldt feel bad about not posting videos often, they are ment to happen when they will happen, no rush, youtube isnt going anyway :) And i totally agree....flares happen all the time, if you have chronic illness you cant predict any of your days to come :( and it hurts me because our family and friends that are healthy can never understand us completely :(

Kelly, did the RA and lupus from the Humira get any better? Did the pain get any better? Were you ever offered IVIG?
