Ty sir. I live in Alabama in the USA and my pain has become unbearable. I’m in a bad place and my lifestyle is very limited. I’ve had one pudendal nerve block had a bad day after injection then had the best night ever in a long time. I even cried because I barely had pain. The next day however my pain returned with a vengeance. I’m gonna keep trying to find the right spot for nerve block. That’s all I know to do. Ty.

Hello doctor, this is Farhat from Bangladesh, female, 31. I started getting electric shock like pain, burning, stabbing sensations in the back of the upper thighs and in the vulva after I suffered from a massive fall from the second floor's balcony to the ground. I had 5 fractures in my spine which were fixed with titanium implants but the electric shocks and shooting pain in my private parts (it eventually spread to my buttocks) remained consistent. Hi Sir. I get intense sharp stabbing pain on my penis region after ejaculation. The pain has been increasing gradually over time. It lasts for around 1-2 hours then it goes down. Hello doc, i hope you are doing well! I am having an infection in seman & urine. Now i am on antibiotic called cipro. Some urine alway left behind my bladder. Also Taking Alpha blocker but i haven't found any improvement for last 5 months. My symptoms are burning pain in my butt region, burning just after urination, warm scrotum sometimes pain. Can't sit .
