I remember Smokey from, I believe it was late 80's, early 90's. I was a salesman for a wholesale company. I would come here once a week and sell him a couple cartons of cigarettes, a box of snickers candy bars, and maybe a case of oil or two, all for resale at his marina. He was a very interesting character! He always had a story to share with me each week. 🙂🙂🙂
