Today we're going to smoke a delicious Chuck Roast and test out the ThermoPro TempSpike Plus!
Chuck roast is always fun. Today it took about 4.5 hours at 275ish (F) degrees. Wrapped it up when the internal temp got to about 180F and pulled it off at 205F.

Hey, I think I have a solution for the ThermoPro TempSpike losing connectivity when you go upstairs...Trying placing the Akorn in your living room. That should eliminate the issue.
