At the end of the series you should post what you spent on food and beer. The only reason I want to start traveling is fir different food and it would be awesome to see how much a multi week food trip would cost

Quality series, may I suggest next time you do Liverpool, Chester, Manchester, north Wales (for the sea food) Some great eateries and unlike Birmingham they are really nice places 😂

Wow, that is a long time to be gone for me anyway, but it looked like a great time. Your body will take a week to recover from all the food and alcohol. Hell, a 6-day trip to Vegas ruins my body for a week. Of course, I open a beer right after my second cup of coffee every morning, but hey.... good thing there is a lot of it there. Europe looks like a ton of fun so....Yes please, more trips.

I lived in England for 7 years and it doesn’t surprise me that those guys cooked outside 200 days, out of the year. The kitchens aren’t typically considered gourmet in the homes and often the washer and dryer combo is in the kitchen. Definitely not low and slow there, it’s quick BBQ, and you can’t get brisket easily.
