not a great video - going up the hill due to my running stance you cant see much other than the path, and at the top of the hill there isnt much light so it doesnt look great, some nice views on the way down though. Yes it is a slow time - but this is one of the hardest events in the country (powerof10 have it listed as the 20th toughest event) so I was happy with a result of 26:40ish, finished 18th - i have been concentrating recently on some of the harder courses that i have been avoiding due to the summer heat which means pbs on easier courses arent an option right now - so slower times until mid october i think before we start having another crack at a pb.
