You know, I am not Mormon. I am Catholic. These Mormon messages are truly inspiring. My life is changing and I can feel it. The missionaries are coming next week, and I pray that this really is the true church. Thank you for these, and please keep making more.

Yay!! Welcome!! It is true!! Joseph Smith was truly a prophet!! And he saw God and Jesus Christ!! And they did in reality speak to him!! I went to two churches growing up, and I felt and found out so much more in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have felt Joseph Smith’s presence!! Just like I felt the Lord’s presence at times, and know his voice.

Brother Rick, I hope that things are going well for you. I noticed that it has been 10 yrs ago that you left this comment. I'd like to hear about your story with the missionaries and your prayers being answered. I too am truly inspired to be a better father, husband, and person with these messages that the church puts out. Jesus Christ truly is the center of our existence. Have a great day brother.

I don’t think it’s hard to believe in Christ, that part was easy for me. As for following I could not imagine a decision as yours to be an easy one. I do pray you find that happiness and joy life gives you. I came on here looking for a little inspiration as I have a daughter who has started drinking and I found myself yelling at her to stop drinking before something happens. What can you do but read scriptures, pray and of course lecture your child to listen up as nothing good ever came from drinking. Lives are destroyed, changed and sometimes lost to this vice. For this today I have hope that my child will listen.

I’m a priesthood holder for the church, and I’m a retired firefighter. I was on the scene that night. My job that night was to extricate the patients. The veil was very thin, and I can tell you that there are angels among us. As I was getting the mother out I was overcome with a thought that there was more to the story. We didn’t now she was pregnant until the next day. Four spirits were there that night. At first I was upset with the DUI driver, but as we laid the patients out on a blanket I was overcome with a feeling of the Lord’s atonement and my feelings of anger left immediately. I’m sorry for your loss and I treated your family with the utmost sacredness.

+Gordon Barnes And isn't it wonderful that the Lord is thinking of our welfare when He gives us this commandment to forgive? He loves us, knows us, and knows that forgiving others by His grace will lead to healing in us. His commandments are there to bless us, and He will help us! I hope to remember and live this when trials come.

Above all, know that you are loved, and that you can get through anything. Listen to the missionaries….they will guide you!! And keep listening, and incorporate gospel study, prayer and church….do those, and also take care of your nutrition, exercise regularly, and get good sleep. Those six things brought me to a most healthy and successful time in my life…just three spiritual and three physical. Then the frosting on the cake is the peace of the temple, and doing temple work for your ancestors will help you to feel close to them, and closer to your family on earth. And the Lord will bless and help you!!

Jesus has said, “Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not.” And “God does not give us the spirit of fear, but of power, of love ❤️ and of a sound mind.” Remember that, and think upon it at night, and whenever you need it. It’s a gospel of love, and you will feel that in your meetings. And in the temple, there is perfect peace….the peace of Christ. When I go, my health issues and troublesome problems disappear when I am in there!!! “He marked the path, and led the way, and every point defines, to light and life, and endless day….where God’s full presence shines!!” Just talk to the missionaries….this is not a race, it is a journey, but we do need to start on that journey to get the blessings, and just keep going. Times are late. There is hope, comfort and joy to be found in the church. It is there that we learn of God’s love, and charity, the pure love of Christ. If you like the feeling of a warm blanket on a cold day, you will like the spirit you feel there. And the priesthood power of God is special!! Gentle and kind, and peaceful!! I hope this helps you!!

I am a devout member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I have tried to live the gospel the best I could. I ended up being a member that struggles with alcohol. I had been sober for a long time until last night. I actually got pulled over last night and arrested for a DUI after years of sobriety and because I chose to drink alone. I never had drunk driven before, but I was lucky to be pulled over. Then this morning I stumbled on this video. I am eternally grateful for police

Learning to forgive those who kidnapped my babies was not easy. I joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-saints and heard that Jesus wants us to forgive everyone. I fasted and prayed many times to learn how to forgive. I still pray over that when I start to get angry over the past. I know that God loves me and He sent His Holy Spirit to comfort and teach me. It was a blessing in disguise that I had to learn, and I did learn. I wonder why I learn things the hard way? God knows, and someday I will as well.

This story touched me in a way I have never been touched. Every time I watch this it brings tears to my eyes. These are not tears of sadness but tears of joy and affirmation in knowing that great people still exist in a world of greed, selfishness and hatred of there fellow man/woman. I know you take no credit for these actions but the world could really use a lot more people like Chris Williams. Bless you for being you.

What a powerful message and wonderful example to us all. May we learn to forgive others that have wronged us and show love towards them. A huge attribute that Chris learned was charity which is the pure love of Christ. Instead of hating the boy and being miserable, he learned to learned to love him and because of that he forgave him. What a powerful story

I just came home from driver's ed, and there was this story for drunk driving, but they didn't really focus on Cameron. They in fact cast him in a negative light, which I know wasn't Chris's intention, but he's not really apart of that crisis, though he made sure some things came in that he wasn't angry at Cameron. What I think those people were missing out on is the fact that Cameron will live with this for his life, but that Chris forgave him, and how much that helped him, is the biggest thing of this story. Now I'm sure Cameron will probably never drink again, and be a safer driver because of it, and it makes me the same because love is so much more powerful and fear.

I just finished your book, Br. Williams. My son made a bad choice driving last year that caused a death and lifetime injuries. The pain that so many have had to endure, and the hate that has been slung in our direction has been hard to bear, but never as hard to bear as what the mother and family of the one that died has gone through. Your story, and your example of living as the Savior would have you live has given me new energy to keep pressing forward and see this through.

Four lives were lost. It's sad that the world doesn't count that beating heart that was most definitely alive. That aside, this is so incredible. He says it was Jesus not him, just him getting out of Jesus' way. I do see his point but he had to be a truly good man for all of this to play out the way it did. I have faith in Jesus and I try to be a good person, Christ-like, but I highly doubt this would have been how my story played out. Chris, you are a good man! I have lost one child, but I was six months pregnant with him, and it's not comparable to how much your relationship grows as you get to know your children. Even that crushed me! I pushed on because I had three kids at home. I ended up having two more children, and to lose them... I appreciate what you said about trials, but I am weak, so I pray that I never know pain like you know. I have a long way to grow!

God bless you in your growth journey forward! You are very correct in that four lives were lost. My wife struggled with many miscarriages throughout our marriage and the baby she was carrying was to be our miracle after six years of struggle as we had passed the point where she would previously lose the baby. Anyone that is trying to be Christ-like, as you are, will receive every good gift that God can give. He is the rewarder of those that seek Him and is infinitely patient and loving with us in our journey to be more like Him. I am confident that if He were to visit you personally today, His message would be "Daughter, I am so proud of you"!

This video is wonderful. The hardships in life are possible to be overcome through the strengthened of the savior and though my trials have not been near this caliber, I do believe the Lord Jesus is there for me.

What a beautiful message of Forgiveness! When we truly and sincerely forgive others we have that mighty change of heart. What a blessing that truly is. This man did have that mighty change of heart. God can help us get through anything we're going through in our lives. This is a perfect example of that. Thank you Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ for your compassion and devotion on our part. Thank you!
