Hi there welcome to another new season in the Deepaks kitchen. and today i am going to show you the beautiful and a very tasty Uttar Karnataka famous dish called as churumuri today I am going to show you a new my secret green Masala which I am going to run this video, So without much wait let's see how this is done.
Ingredients required.
Puffed Rice as required
Peanuts 3tbs
Garlic 25 cloves
Turmeric ½ tsp
Amchur ½ tsp
Dry ginger pwdr ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Curry leaves 1 cup
Green chillies 12 nos
Oil 4tsp
Salt to taste
Instruction.
1. Add enough oil to Deep fry and deep fry the coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chillies and let it cool completely and then grind to a fine paste without adding any water.
2. Try the peanuts and keep it aside.
3. At the crushed garlic and some mustard seeds allow them to roast nice and fine and then switch off the flame and then at the all the masala powders one by one make sure you switch off the flame while adding the masala powders.
4. Add this masala to the puffed rice mix well and add the peanuts and serve them with some fried peanuts some onions and tomatoes if required.
And here you go best snack ever.
