Let’s Create! Churrasco in Puerto Rico is in essence seared or grilled skirt steak. This is an Island favorite and skirt steak must be used for this delicious meal.
The steak in my picture are medium rare, but I applied a technique (after cutting them) to darken the meat without compromising the medium rare in it. You will have to watch the video for additional information. The reason I apply this technique is because many people in the Island avoid medium rare steaks because it “looks bloody” when served.
