The original was dark, soul ripping. This is a whole different path, like innocence screaming for the light. I like the duality. I don't think it takes away from the original but offers a different point of view.

It's amazing how good this version of "Cry Little Sister" is! KZfaq has been suggesting every version of this song done by everybody on the earth and not one of them comes close to the one done by Chvrches! I can't believe that this version has only 74K views in one year, I think the counter is broken.

Note - the ENTIRE American Country music industry, comes from English & Scottish (& v occasionally Irish) Traditional / folk music. That is a song mostly written many many years before Tim Buckley sang it..🙄🤭🙏💜🇬🇧💜 Note - Google has it wrong. Again!🤭💜

@@CHVRCHESLatino Yeah I saw that, that sentence is not really clear. The word 'correspond' doesn't belong there. It should just say something like "This is a fan-made edit of the original song and not an official version by Chvrches." Anyway sorry for being harsh.
