Especially brave as it wasn't just "any" movie but one that explicitly references a) the original song, b) The Lost Boys, c) an audience likely familiar with both. While the original is still incredible and an icon of cinema (horror or otherwise), I really loved this cover version too. For some reason, it gives me real Stranger Things vibes too (even though it could never be in that show due to the timeline).

@@Kevmaster2000 1 this cover sucks and is no where near as good as the original. 2 Marilyn Mansons cover was Terrible and He sounded like he was Drunk or High when he sang it and he Forgot How to Sing or something. 3 the Only Cover I've seen of this song that's Actually Good is the one Corey Feldman did on his Live Tour. I've seen Many Videos of Corey singing this on Different Live Shows and he Nailed it Every Time and sounded Exactly like the original Singer.

Scala and Kolacny Brothers (famous for creepy trailer music) just released a cover last month and I've gotta say, it doesn't beat this one, but it's close! They're the girls' choir who covered "Creep" for The Social Network trailer, "Engel" for The Possession trailer, and others. Definitely worth checking it out!

Her voice is similar to the young sinead o connor but even clearer. How Not To Drown is my current favourite.
