Polecam❤️
Składniki:
4jajka
70g cukru pudru
90g mąki tortowej
35g mąki ziemniaczanej
cukier waniliowy
450g malin mrożonych ( do przybrania świeże lepsze)
330ml śmietany kremówki
250g mascarpone
ok. 250g marcepanu
ok. 250 ml amaretto( likier migdałowy)( można zastąpić wodą z cytryną)
2 łyżeczki żelatyny
Blaszka 37x33
Włączamy piec na 180st. C.
Jajka ubijamy mikserem z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym około 10 minut.
Ponownie śmietana i kolejny kawałek. Gotowe;-))

Dear friends, finally the long-promised marzipan cake is simple but time-consuming. I think you will like it. I recommend it❤️
Ingredients:
4 eggs
70g of powdered sugar
90g cake flour
35g potato flour
vanilla sugar
450g frozen raspberries (fresh is better for garnish)
330ml heavy cream
250g mascarpone
approx. 250g marzipan
approx. 250 ml amaretto (almond liqueur)(can be replaced with lemon water)
2 teaspoons of gelatin
Plate 37x33
Turn on the stove to 180 degrees. C
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer for about 10 minutes.
Mix potato flour with cake flour. Add flour to the whipped mass in small portions, stirring gently with a trowel to combine the ingredients. When the mixture is ready, place it on a baking tray with paper to a thickness of about 1 cm, spreading it evenly.
Place in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
Heat the raspberries. When they boil, add the gelatin and dissolve it thoroughly.
After taking it out. Cut the sponge cake into any number of parts. Soak each of them generously with amaretto. Take a piece of marzipan and roll it out to the size of a piece of sponge cake. You can grate it. Place such marzipan slices on each part of the cake. In the meantime, beat the cream and mascarpone, without sugar, as the cake will be sweet anyway. Place the cream on a piece of cake with marzipan, then place another piece of cake on top, and press lightly to make sure it fits properly. Cream again, and another piece. When all the pieces are with cream, cover the whole thing with cream and smooth it out. Decorate on top with marzipan and raspberries. It's worth making the cake the day before so that everything is mixed properly. Ready;-))
