কথা বলবো Skin Care নিয়ে । এটার মত কনফিউশন এর জায়গা আর নেই। আমরা সবাই নানা সময় না না জিনিশ ব্যবহার করেছি কিন্তু আশানুরূপ ফলাফল পাইনি। ত্বকের যত্নে কি করা উচিৎ আর কি করা উচিৎ না তা নিয়েই আজকের আলোচনা।

I think double cleansing is necessary if sunscreen is applied on the skin, and i believe that no matter what, one should use sunscreen inside and outside the house, even on rainy days....the spf may vary but applying sunscreen daily is really mandatory....and yes retinol or tretanoin does make one's skin dry or breakout so starting with lowest percentage and using moisturizer then retinol then moisturizer again helps from not purging...its all from my personal experience

আপু আপনার কথা গুলো অনেক ভালো লাগে আপু একটা সত্যি কথা বলতে আমি একটা ক্রিম ব্যবহার করছিলাম তার পর দেখি আমার স্কিন অনেক পাতলা হয়ে গেছে এক বছর ধরে আমি শুধু বরফ ব্যবহার করছি আর কোন কিছু দেই না তো আপনার কাছে যদি ভালো কোন কিছু জানা থাকে তাহলে বলবেন প্লিজ প্লিজ প্লিজ আমার অনেক উপকার হবে যাতে খুব তাড়াতাড়ি স্কিন ভালো হয়ে যায়

Hello Ma’am! Can you please tell me how good this bioderma? I’m using bioderma sunscreen from my teen and I never changed it till now. ( This sunscreen was recommended by Dr. Kabir Chowdhury). And one more thing ma’am. In your opinion which cleanser is better? Cetaphil or Cerave? Though I’ve used both cleanser and still using. Thanks in advance ❤️

U know doctor the toughest part is to find a moisturizer which suits Bangladesh's weather. And what about exfloiter? What about oil cleanser? Does the cleanser you have recommended remove sunscreen?

আসসালামু আলাইকুম আপু-- আমি বর্তমানে সিঙ্গাপুর আছি। আমার সকাল ৮ টা থেকে শুরু করে সন্ধ্যা ৭ টা পর্যন্ত বাহিরে কাজ করতে হয় প্রখর রৌদ্রের মধ্যে। আমার ত্বক তৈলাক্ত এবং ধুলাবালির স্পর্শে মাঝে মধ্যে ছোট ছোট ব্রন হয়। এমন অবস্থায় আমার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট করে ১) মুখে ব্যবহারের জন্য মৃদু সাবান এর নাম, ২) ময়েশ্চারাইজার এর নাম ৩) সানস্ক্রিন ক্রিম এর নাম ৪) রেটিনল এর নাম নিদিষ্ট করে বললে ভালো হতো। Sephora শোরুম আমার কাছেই আছে। ওখান থেকে নেওয়াটা ভালো হবে কিনা জানাবেন। সবশেষে আবারও রিকুয়েষ্ট নামগুলো কিন্তু অবশ্যই বলবেন

Hello! I live in BD. I use tretnoin and after that i got the results, but nowadays it is extremely hot here. My skin is reacting badly. My face was clear before that but now it is full by pimples and acne spots. I feel like if I use mostuirizer it becomes more oily and sweaty. What should be the solution?

may be you can skip moisturizer for few days and use salicylic acid cleanser ; this routine I explained is basic for everybody , if you have acne then it can a be little different with some actives ; I will talk about it soon

Assalamualaikum Dr. Noor. I live in Oregon, USA which is one of the most cloudy place in US. My question from this video is the damage happens to skin from sun. The only way to get vitamin D naturally is I know by going outside in Sun. As per my understanding, it's difficult to fulfill vitamin D requirement from food other than taking supplement (not feasible to eat salmon everyday). You are aware that vitamin D deficiency is a common here in US and in Bangladesh. Can you explain the interplay between vitamin D intake from Sun and protecting ourselves from Sun with a sunscreen? good question , it always has been a topic between dermatologists who are in favor of using sunscreen for skin protection from cancer and anti aging ; then the other specialists are raising concerns for Vit D deficiency . Legit , and also we do not live in a perfect world ; all medicine comes with side effect hence we need to think about whether benefit outweighs harm or not. There are studies which showed theoretically though Sunscreen use should reduce Vit D production ; but practically the impact is not that severe. Moreover taking some vit D supplement can cure the deficiency ; but once you have wrinkle or even cancer ; the consequences are more ; so choice is always yours ; what you want to prioritize

Hello apu! Watching this from Bangladesh and this is really helpful for me. I'm 23 & I have a query about my skin. Smaller veins are visible in my cheeks which looks really odd. I don't have acne but my cheek looks somewhat reddish time to time for the veins. I follow this 3 step skin care routine except the retinol. Should I add anything more to the routine?
