------------------
1 cup -250 ml
chicken -1 kg
sella basmati rice -4 cups
ghee -3 tbsp
oil -3 tbsp
onion -3
Cinnamon -4
cloves -7-8
cardamoms -4
black cardamom -1
bay leaves -2
black pepper -1 tsp
caraway seeds -1/4 tsp
cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste -2 tbsp
Coriander powder -1 tbsp
Garam Masala powder -1&1/2 tsp
white pepper powder -2 tsp
tomato puree -1 cup ( 2 tomatoes)
water -3 cups
salt
gravy + water - 6 cups
oil -2 tbsp
