Wipe out paintings rock! Especially great for struggling students in that it can begin with a tonal drawing as you sneak up on the final finish. My students who had talent but too much fear do great when introduced to the wipe out mentality.

Wonderful tutorial with such a gifted artist/teacher! I'm torn between ordering her watercolor dvd or this one in oils. I love both mediums. I'd also love to know if Cindy, having a proficiency in watercolors as well as oils, has ever tried the water-mixable oil paints. Another dvd with Lori McVee on that particular medium is great, as well.

…am kind of surprised that the blending of the base colors (all the dark ones applied to the white canvas)… don’t turn into ‘mud’… a singular brown-gray color…(that’s been my experience!!)… So - impressive. Am curious if it’s because the colors she uses are just rich to start with??

I wish your videos had the artist's medium in the title. I would watch more videos if I knew it was a medium I'm interested in. Oil painting: painting starts at 12min

Probably 90% of them are oils.
