Bob Marley...is the only reggae artist that has worldwide recognition. It doesn't matter where in this world you are...just mention reggae and Bob Marley is the name mentioned. I'm not saying other reggae artists are great. There are numerous other reggae artists...however Bob holds the mantle.❤

In every household in JAMAICA there is a BOB MARLEY ALBUM. My personal favourite is EXODUS. I introduced the music to my children; and now that I have a 1 year old grandson every Saturday I play EXODUS for him. You should see the little legs trying to skank to the bass 😂😂😂😂😂

Jamaica, one love Mi fada's homeland and Bob Marley's legacy shall reign. He was so much more than a reggae musician. His music is a movement to keep moving and being positive in your community. I love you, Robert Nesta Marley. My family was fortunate to greet and hang out with the Marley family when they performed in FL. Ziggy and the Melody Makers excited me about reggae, and then I realized when I was 5 that Ziggy was Bob's son. I was like. I love this family. Damian Marley is one of the best live acts I have ever seen. Love ya, Marleys. RIP Bob, JoMersa, Norval Marley, and Ms. Cedella Booker.

I am "Jamaican" (D.N.A.'d )via my father. Was not born or raised there BUT I have much love for this beautiful country and its' culture and people. I have visited possibly 8 times in my lifetime...I have family there (some of who are now here living in the states). I grew w/ my dad (and mom (American). He traveled back to live in Jamaica after (maybe) 30+ years. He loved Jamaica and always said he'd return. I have never been so exited to see a movie - LOVE Bob Marley his music and what he represented. I have seen so many of the documentaries but I'd see it all concerning him. I get sad still thinking he passed at such a young man age.....BUT he certainly left his legacy! - all those beautiful children/grandchildren/ etc. Bob knew (maybe unconsciously) what he was doing! (lol)

This bring tears to my eyes. As a young teenager in the ghetto, I looked forward to a little chat when he forward in Jones Town. Bob is all about love, real love. BOB was a man full of knowledge, understanding, and wisdom of life that came from unknown to super stardom. He was also a visionary of past,present, and future generations. He never forgets where he came from and where he was going. I hope the film is successful. I am proud of how they unified themselves and work together to bring Bob love of people, music, and humanity. He sang about the truth by incorporating words from the Bible to enlighten us to come together and be better people by doing good works here on earth. Over 40 years ago this great man left us and yet still nothing from Jamaica, zero, no national holiday no roads streets buildings stadium arena nothing bearing his namesake, no currency with his image nothing at all!!! Shame on you Jamaica shame on you this man should’ve been declared a National Hero!!

Famz, Jr., met him in his home on his bass, jamming to a "One Love Concert" video on the Telly, the next day was his grandfather, my mentor, friend, Joe Higgs. ❤🎶💛🔥🎸🖤🥁💚 I could not be more proud of my nephew. He was nine when we first met. He is only 33, now. Humble and precious, he is loved dearly. I love it all! Neville was dear, rest easy Brother. Apprecialove, Ziggy, Tuff Gong, Paramount, Cedella, Rita, Marley Family, Cowan Family, Jah Rastafari. One love. 🙏👏❤💛🖤💚💯💥🤩😘
