Swedish cinnamon buns so good 😋. This is a recipe that is easy to make.
The tip I want to give you is the milk should be about 22 degrees hot (good for the fermentation process) and the butter should be room temperature (had mine a little too long in the microwave, rather put it out for a while before baking) because then it does not absorb as much flour . Too much flour gives you dry buns. The dough becomes sticky but the more you work it the firmer it becomes.

Recipe about 15 pcs bullar
25 g fresh yeast
100 g butter
1/2 cup (45 grams) sugar
2 teaspoons cardamom
1 seasoning salt
2 1/2 dl (250ml) milk
450 g (approx. 7 dl) flour
The filling:
80 g butter room temperature
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 cup (45 grams) sugar
1/2 dl (45 grams) brown sugar
Decorate with powdered sugar
The buns should be baked at 225 degrees Celsius for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Med After the buns are ready, you can brush a sugar solution consisting of 2 dl (200ml water and 1 dl (90gram) sugar that has boiled under high heat.
