This game is gorgeous. Definitely my most anticipated of 2024. Cities Skylines 2 is such a bummer and nothing is satisfying the itch like I know this will. This feels like an imaginative progression from Age of Empires II with the RTS elements and I love it, but the city building mechanics are incredible from all of the gameplay I've seen.

I've always done circler builds be it coaster planet, planet zoo, and city builders. I find them the most efficient of them all for me anyway.

You all need to take into consideration that this game is done by one guy from Poland! One guy, of course some thing are done by 3rd party but game is not a "AAA" title created by teams of thousands designers etc. Still early access but potential for this game is huge. Imagine castles, lots of customization, whole regions development etc. I guess with time many thing will be improved and taken to the next level. In a few years this will be the best title!

i love how u can costumize every singel soldier, but hope they imlpement a system were you can save, so you can copy paste or something cause i would like my army to be quite unifide under my banner and it would be tidous to do every single one.

I had no idea you could move individual stalls in markets. I've just been demolishing them and hoping a new one would be built in the right place! Then use granary/storehouse workers to clean up the supplies that are left out.

If you reduce the size and increase the amounts of your fields, you will get much better yields - it's clear from your video that your villagers and ox struggle to even properly plow the full fields

Whens the next one coming out! Itd be sweet if you build a circular walla in the center and where will you build the barracks and all the other important things? Will you keep the city center markets and people based things?

Food Is by far my biggest issue, plus getting a good army quickly. I can never seem to produce enough food to feed more than 100 people. I feel like the farming doesn’t really do anything unless you have incredibly high fertility and large amounts of lands for farming. Even then the amount of farms you need constantly produces rye/wheat is ridiculous!

This is my plan as I’m desperately waiting for the game to drop. I have been thinking I wonder if a circular wheel and spoke layout would work best…. 👍

GARDEN CITIES for those who know they know

Perfektes englisch, was du da sprichst. Respekt. Da kann man sich dann natürlich aussuchen zu welcher Sprache man seinen Kanal ausrichtet. Man hat bei englischer Sprache natürlich mehr potentielle Zuschauer, allerdings auch mehr Konkurrenz. Videos in deutscher Sprache wären bei dir wahrschweinlich nicht minder erfolgreich.

Somehow I have an idea to make a walled city like the one in attack on titan...

Once my village gets to a certain size, I have villagers standing around the whole village, just ‘unassigned and waiting’ and then it just keeps on getting worse, there’s more and more villagers just sitting around waiting unassigned and Standing. They are doing nothing and randomly standing throughout the city I built.

Is it possible to build a fortified settlement with stone walls?

This game is frustrating. The families that I’m assigning do not do the task that I’m assigning them to. For example, I built the plot to chop firewood. The three members of the family? Two are leading oxes to whatever construction is being done, and then hauling chopped down logs to the logging camp. The third is at home resting, occasionally walking to the well for water. This is while I have a family unassigned who I thought would be doing things like construction. This also happens with other buildings. My town cannot function if the AI is not having the people do what they’re assigned to do. Why are my people not chopping firewood and doing stuff completely unrelated to the task I’ve assigned them?
