Sir I got my varicocelectomy done 1.5 months ago through cdvl technique for bilateral varicocele (grade 2 right grade 1 left) but I can still feel dilated veins what is that? I had fluid buildup after surgery which is not there now and My left testis was enlarged which is coming back to size but still not completely became normal in size... I want to ask how many months do I need to wait for dilated veins to shrink away? I am afraid if my surgery failed but my surgeon said operation was successful when i was in hospital bed
