It's nice when the local Locksmith very kindly hands over some of his old locks. My local Locksmith does the same but he only gives me 3 or 4 at a time. Still it's very kind of them. That tool is pretty awesome, I wonder if a tip can be made from an injector pin and an old key cut down. then it's a case of making a housing to hold it all together. Great demo on the Cisa Astral picking tool.

I’m thinking maybe a 1.6 mm wire bent and hit flat and shaped but know where you going with this 👍🏻

Looks just like the abus d10 I picked bud, using the number 6 or 7 HUK (can’t remember which lol) was the trick for me, as the curve was extreme enough to roll over the warding. Just needed to file the back of the pick and the tip slightly so it didn’t catch on warding.
@thecrappylockpicker46963 жыл бұрын
Yes the silver one I’m sure would do it but as you see it’s just to thick to gat on top of the warding
@pickin-rick3 жыл бұрын
@@thecrappylockpicker4696 I’m pretty sure mine fit once I took the thickness down slightly, and took the tip down slightly…I’ve done a lot of modification to the 6&7 tbh 😂

Are u picking this in reverse? Wished I had access to a grip of them locks to need such a tool. Must be a kick in the ass to play with that!
@thecrappylockpicker46963 жыл бұрын
The pick only picks to the unlock position anti-clockwise and just for the record the lock pick belongs to a locksmith that gives me locks just so I could learn how to use it and thought I’d do a video while I had it lol thanks for checking it out mate 👍🏻

@@thecrappylockpicker4696 that’s an awesome mate you’ve made! Even cooler he lent out that tool. Only reason I’d get one. But glad u made the video while ya had it. Was cool to see in action. And good to know bout how it picks. Was just curious 😂

Your pin 6 is a pin in pin nice 👍🏻
@thecrappylockpicker46963 жыл бұрын
Yes thought as much as had to set it and then reset the 6 th pin for the open
@thecrappylockpicker46963 жыл бұрын
I watch your video on the tool before I tried it and your right totally useless if you want to pick clockwise and the pick won’t come past pin 5 to get it out while open anticlockwise
@@GxAxV I always agree with you mate 😂😂 fine if the locks on the right hand side of the door 😂😂😂
