I have a Xantia 97 with same engine. 430000km(100hp). And ZX 93 without turbo (64hp) 410000km. Long lasting French diesel engine!!

Twenty years later... I have my zx 1.9d with 130.000km used.... the Best diesel for DRIVE and confort. .... have you today YOUR zx?

I have a Berlingo 1.9d DW8. Throttle pedal is quite stiff and heavy. is that common with these? I imagine a little decarb in the throttle body would help or a new cable.

How often do you remove the camshaft and adjust the valves?

Nothing replace with the engine. I had this car in 5 years, i think. It was a little bit rusty in a backwagon. So this car it's No more, but i think a brougt an Xantia again! . Especially 1,9/2,1td or 2litre hdi.

i got my zx from 94 same engine and wonder why your fuel gauge is on the right while my is on the left (the same shape of gauges).

It looks like you delete the EGR valve, right? sounds great!

I am pretty sure this care does not have EGR valve from the factory.
