Now this mocktail recipe was a whole lotta fun to make.

I try to keep my non-alcoholic cocktail recipes fairly simple, and this drink was already complicated enough, so the final ingredient is just your favourite sparkling beverage. You can use any sparkling (or still!) beverage you like to top these up.

Hello, this mocktails looks very tasty!!! Might try it But I don’t have butterflies pea flowers can u suggest any replacement for that? I really wanna try itt😭😭😭🙏

Hey! Ooo thats a tricky one...it's not the ideal but food dye would work! Otherwise you could possibly use the juice from similar coloured fruits, blueberry juice for the purple colour for example. Might take a bit of fiddling and experimenting but you could try :)

I would love to get on to mocktails; the only this is I have type 2 diabetes, so I have to watch the sugar. Can I use stevia or erithrinol as a sweetener?

Hi Sandi, sorry I missed your comment! Yes, absolutely, I have used Stevia in so many of my recipes, just adjust the quantity to your taste :)

Can i use blue curacao syrup instead of butterfly pea flower?

Hey there, so sorry I missed your comment! You could use it, but you won’t get that colour changing effect that the butterfly tea gives you. The drink would be completely blue. But it would still taste great! Good luck.
