Recipe: ▪️ 3 oz (90 ml) chilled hibiscus tea ▪️ 1/2 - 1 tsp sweetener of choice ▪️ 1 oz (30 ml) orange juice ▪️ 1/4 tsp rose water ▪️ Top with sparkling water or non-alcoholic rosé Prepare your tea and strain. Add your sweetener of choice while the tea is still warm (I used monk fruit but honey, maple syrup or your sweetener of choice is fine). Set aside to chill. Fill a spritz glass with ice and pour in hibiscus tea, orange juice and rose water. Top with sparkling water or alcohol-free rosé.

Recipe: ▪️ 1 oz (30 ml) easy lavender blueberry syrup (method below) ▪️ 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice ▪️ 1 cup ginger kombucha ▪️ Lavender, rosemary and/or citrus to garnish Fill your glass with ice. Add syrup, lemon juice and kombucha, then stir gently. To make the syrup: ▪️ 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or thawed ▪️ 1/2 teaspoon edible dried lavender buds ▪️ 1 teaspoon honey ▪️ 3 tablespoons water Add all ingredients to a saucepan over low heat. Stir gently until the blueberries soften and burst. Mash them with a fork to release all the juices. Strain the mixture, pressing down on it with the back of spoon to extract every nutritious drop. Put the syrup in the fridge to cool. This will make enough for 2 mocktails.

Recipe: - 2 oz (30 ml) cucumber juice - ½ oz (15 ml) elderflower cordial or syrup - 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice - 1/2 cup dry sparkling wine or soda Add all ingredients to a wine glass and stir gently. Taste and add a little extra elderflower cordial if you need to. Garnish with an optional cucumber ribbon and edible flower.

Recipe: - 2.5 oz (45 ml) grapefruit juice - 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice - 1/2 oz (15 ml) ginger juice - 1/2 oz (15 ml) 1 minute honey syrup - Top with soda - Grapefruit slice and rosemary to garnish Add grapefruit juice, lemon juice, ginger juice and honey syrup to a tall glass. Add ice, then top with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with a grapefruit slice and/or a piece of rosemary.

Recipe: - 3/4 cup milk - 1 espresso shot, or half a shot if you prefer a milder coffee - 1 tsp maple syrup - 1-2 drops vanilla extract - 1 tsp chocolate sauce/topping - 1 tbsp cream - 1 tbsp condensed milk - 1 tsp caramel sauce Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice and shake well. Serve over ice.

Recipe: - 3oz (90 ml) beet juice - 1oz (30 ml) lemon juice - 6 basil leaves - 1 tsp maple syrup - 1/2 tbsp olive oil - 1/2 cup soda water Add beetroot juice, lemon juice, basil leaves, maple syrup and olive oil to a shaker with some ice. Shake to combine, then strain over ice into a wine glass. Top with soda, stir gently and garnish if you wish.

Recipe: - 1/2 diced mango - 1 tsp hot honey - 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice - 1/2 cup coconut water - Tajin for rim Muddle mango well in a shaker. Add hot honey, lime juice, coconut water and some ice to your shaker and shake well. Strain over ice into a short tumbler rimmed with tajin and garnish with an extra slice of mango, a chilli and/or edible flowers.

Recipe: ▫️1 kiwi fruit, chopped ▫️6-8 mint leaves ▫️1 oz (30 ml) lime juice ▫️1 tsp agave ▫️1 cup sleep supporting tea of your choice ▫️Kiwi, mint and lime for garnish Muddle kiwi fruit and lime in a tall glass. Clap the mint together in your hands to release the scent and add to your glass. Add agave, then fill your glass with ice. Top with the tea and stir gently. Garnish with extra mint and lime.

Recipe: ▪️1 large orange ▪️1 small lemon or lime ▪️1 inch turmeric ▪️2 inches ginger ▪️1 carrot ▪️1-2 tbsp honey ▪️1 tbsp olive oil ▪️1 cup water ▪️Pinch of ground black pepper Peel and chop the orange, lemon or lime, turmeric and ginger. Chop the carrot. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well. Pour into a small bottle or divide into 7 serves. Keep in the fridge and have one shot each day for 7 days. Alternatively you can freeze in ice cube trays for 3-6 months.

Recipe: Fill a pitcher with ice and add some frozen berries. Pour 2 cups chilled hibiscus tea, 2 cups non-alcoholic red wine and 2 cup ginger kombucha into the pitcher and stir gently. Serve over ice with some extra berries for garnish. You can add some sweetener of your choice to this, but I personally didn’t need it.

Recipe: - 1-1.5oz lemon oleo saccharum (easy method below) - 1 cup lemon sparkling water (unsweetened) OR non-alcoholic Prosecco - Extra lemon juice, to taste Pour oleo saccharum over ice into a large spritz or wine glass. Add your choice of lemon sparkling water or Prosecco, then stir. Taste and add some fresh lemon juice if you wish - I love mine nice and bitter so I usually add at least 1 oz / 30 ml. To make the oleo saccharum: Wash your lemons, then peel. Be careful not to include too much of the white pith - this will result in a bitter taste. Place the lemon peel in a mason jar with an equal amount of sugar by weight. If you don’t have scales, a general rule is 1.5 oz sugar to 1 lemon. Stir the sugar through the lemon peel and muddle gently. Cover and leave at room temperature overnight. Strain. You’ll be left with a delicious lemon oil that can be kept in the fridge for up to a week! For this video I used the peel of 5 lemons to 1 cup sugar and ended up with about 1 cup of liquid.

▪️ 3/4 cup milk of your choice (I used whole milk) ▪️ 2 oz raisin water (method or alternative below) ▪️ 1 oz cream ▪️ 1/4 - 1/2 oz espresso, to taste ▪️ 1/4 teaspoon all spice ▪️ 2-3 drops vanilla extract ▪️ Cinnamon for garnish Place all ingredients except the cinnamon in a shaker with some ice. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a cinnamon cross. To make raisin water: place 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup boiling water in a small container and leave overnight. Strain. This will make enough for 2 mocktails. Alternatively an NA whiskey would be a perfect replacement.

Recipe: 1 tsp matcha powder 1 tbsp hot water 1 tsp honey 6 mint leaves 3 oz pineapple juice 1 oz coconut water 1 oz lemon juice Add a little soda water for some bubbles if you wish!

How to make it: Whisk the matcha powder and boiling water together in a small bowl. Add the honey and stir until the honey is dissolved. Add the matcha mixture to your shaker. Clap the mint together in your hands a few times and add to the mixture. Add the pineapple juice, coconut water, lemon juice and a few cubes of ice, replace the lid and shake well to combine. Strain over ice. You can leave as is or add a little soda water and stir if you prefer bubbles.
