In an unfortunate incident, a city bus collided with a private vehicle near Hollotoli School at the 2 ½ mile mark on April 8. NLTV conducted interviews with both drivers. No casualties have been reported.

Whatever she claims doesn't make sense. 1) The front of the car is damaged. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to understand how that happened. 2) With 30 years of driving experience, she forgot the basics of using signal light. Rather, she was shouting and honking the horn apparently. 3) Her willingness to let this situation settle down in the name of God, so as to not create any complication/s. This is something that has always happened in that part of Dimapur. I remember since the '90s & early '00s when reckless driving was rampant in Nagaland. But now, there is a problem with the layout of those junctions in that area. It is not clear whether that road should function like a highway or a commercial city street. The intersections are too frequent with no stop signs to signal oncoming traffic. The Holotoli-Naharbari junction needs a proper police point to establish control. The divider should've also been wider so that cars that attempt to take "U-turns" can stop and drivers do not feel anxious to take a turn too quickly which is the leading factor to most accidents. Luckily no one has been hurt, only the property damaged. It can be recovered, if you have insurance that is. Hopefully, both parties have insurance. That'll be the deciding factor, not whether someone is a lowly driver or a rich person. Overall, Nagaland is not ready for roads. Only broken and kacha roads can bring road safety to Nagaland.

By just hearing their rights we can understand the positions. May be the car U-turn which normally does and the normal speed of bus, which is uncontrollable all of a sudden in a junction cause the damage. Applying sudden brakes didn't work well and the sudden screaming didn't works. Sometime such incident happened and seems none to blame.
