Portland is lost. The City of Portland has the 4th largest amount of municipal debt of the 75 largest cities in the US.

The government tapeworms up our a$$es have grown way too fat and bold.. they've also bred at a rate that's killing the host population... eating from the inside out like sandfleas eat a fish trapped at the bottom..

The fact the media is so squeamish that they have to talk to experts “with a background in social work and social justice” is definitely part of the problem. Why don’t we hear from actual professionals?

Portland did it to itself with its “generosity” to homeless who the vast majority are drug addicts and contribute nothing to society. I’m posting this three months after this video was released when the city finally relocated the homeless but it might be too late for those who had business in the area which paid taxes so needed to sustain a city, employed people, etc. PRODUCED and contributed to society.

To the contrary what does not work is having so is so many "outliers" here referred to which is the same people so proud to Keep Portland Weird . Then we are to believe here that we are a people of "tolerance" to a point unlike most other cities. and we are to respect this unique "ethos" and to adhere to such a culture in order for the city to recover to former greatness . To the contrary this ethos varient has contaminated our culture due to a failure of being over tolerant and being outliers. One mistake was focusing on attracting the active members of generation "X" who are the most afflicted and addicted to our 'ethos varient.' The tolerance has been manefasted by the 'outliers' member's wanting Portland to do many wierd things. Such things as not wanting to work, exept to work for their substance by the public troth. Also weird freedoms such as rioting, pilfering , open drug markets with out criminal consequences, open borders encouraged by sequestering philopshies to protect and welcome illegals. To illustrate it was these 'outliers' , who encouraged and often joined the Rajneesh movement downtown Portland was formerly home to. Most of these can be observed by the uniforms they wear of their Democrtic Blue Party. Actually the easiest solution is that the "Toloerants (proud wierdos" shut up or better yet leave , and to encourage the good people that had to escape this now bigger social pit, to come back to help dig us out to help keep Portland less weird. Instead we are in the midst of making us more weird by the mechanisms of the New City Charter. We can learn from our new better understanding of hurd imnunity , by applying to our presently manfestations best decribed as "hurd stupidity".

The same harm the cops let bad lying landlords do to their paying customers/tenants can inreturn be done back to them and their family. Shouldnt have let them break bones and steal home and property, FORCING people into homelessness or worse. They cant always watch their kids and grandkids, they invited such harm by doing it to others in the first place.

Stop making the poorer poor give fair wages

"Fair wages"? If that was the problem, things wouldn't be this way. Minimum wage goes up, and up,and up and things get worse. Why? Many reasons. Raising wages raises costs on goods and services for all. So, the poor don't get any further ahead, and the middle class, end up paying more and more resulting in them being poorer and poorer unless they recieve a raise as well. Other reasons for the problems are high taxes, and people living well beyond their means, espeically in the current climate of rising cost of living. Finally, the only way for us common folk to prosper is to invest and invest wisely which increases our net worth. In short, it is a cost of living problem yes, but mostly, people have a spending problem, not an income problem. Higher wages sound good on paper, but they just don't work. Raising wages will raise cost of living. Propety taxes are a huge part of the problem as are all these social problems that simply don't work that the working class keeps funding through tax revenue and high property taxes. Landlords pass the cost on to renters. We need a different solution.
