This city is nice to play in because it doesn't have any sim living in it , means you can populate it with your favourite sims , low ammount sims means less laggs and complications . The only thing it missing r Scuba Diving spots .

This is a new My Sims Realty world for me CJ and It’s beautiful. I particularly love the countryside part and trailers with the small park. Very cute. Thank you! 🥰

OMG this is the world that I used to play in before I retired from TS3 several years ago. I couldn't remember what world it was but I remember having a blast with this world. One of the few custom worlds that ran well on my low end laptop lol.
