It is against the code because once you start renting your pool as a business your pool is now considered commercial not residential and falls under different laws. Not fair? Then you should get a license and permits and be required to have lifeguards, proper fencing, handicapped lifts, depth makers in the pool and on the deck, VGB approved drain covers, and pop inspections by SNHD. Then when they close you for health violatiions you can also pay the hefty fines.
