Well done! Its a pleasure learning a rather complicated civil engg design from a young sounding lady engineer who seems well versed with the subject matter. Ur voice, energy, tone and temperament are all perfect for this job. However, I noticed that u got a little nervous at the stage of interpolating bending moment coefficient for short span negative moment.....U erred here and never recovered. U mentioned twice about applying (safety) factor to loading/bending moment but didn't. In my opinion u should have checked and easily corrected these minor mistakes before uploading the video. Good effort anyway. Keep it up.

If the shorter span is greater than 3.5, then span/depth = 26 will be taken or 40 will be taken considering Fe 250 grade steel ?

How do you Interpolate Positive or Negative Bending moment values for alpha x

mam a small correction....alpha x for shorter span negative moment comes around 0.0662 by interpolation

Interpolation, for example if we want to find out the exact value for 2.5 but we are having the values for 2 & 3.so we have to find the value between 2&3 using interpolation and find the value for 2.5.

why to multiply 40 for 415 steel?

for continuous slab the span to depth ratio is 40 and for Fe415 steel that value should be multiplied with 0.8. Refer IS-456:2000 Cl.24.1
