You should study rrc book. You can find RCC lectures on KZfaq. In RCC you will know how to design different structural components. And for construction process study concrete technology.

RIGHT BUT 48d IS NOT A CONSTANT VALUE . DEPENDING UPON THE GRADE OF STEEL AND GRADE OF CONCRETE THE LAPPING LENGTH GETS VARIES. KINDLY REFER IS 456 - 2000 ...CLAUSE 26.2.1
