Super helpful video! I've got a line on cheap 37x13.50x20, but I want to keep the stock 20" Ford wheels. Seems like too wide for a stock 8" wheel. Thoughts on that? If so, what's the best lift? I'd like the smallest possible lift.

With a 10 wide wheel you're going to have to do some cutting. A 8.5-9" wide wheel would have given you more room. That said, with some trimming and a leveling kit, you'll be able to pull it off.

Awesome video! You guys are great. I have a 22’ F-250 Tremor with the 2.5” leveling kit. I wanted some poke with my wheel set up but was told a 9.5 wide and 0 is the most offset I should run. I see your white one with a -12 and 37x13.5 tires. How much more trimming is involved with that set up vs the 0 offset? Any rubbing? I was hoping to go -12 with 37x12.5 but I don’t want to have to trim metal or sacrifice usability. Thanks!

With a 2022 f350 with carli 3.5 backcountry without fabricated radius arms, is it unlikely to be able to fit 37x12.50 tires with kick back mudflaps on a 18x9 +18 or +20. Nobody runs mudflaps on these but I prefer to with the local laws and protecting truck. Thx

I have a 24 F250 XL on order. It has the XL Off-Road and FX4 Package. It also has the High Capacity Axle Upgrade and the Heavy Service Front Suspension Package (which gives me 1” higher than a stock 4x4). I would like to run 37x12.50 BFG MT KM3s on Tremor wheels that are 18"x8" (Part # M-1007K-1808SD), what do I need to accomplish this? I’ve seen conflicting information on a need for a leveling kit.

We have no, since sadly we don't have the same depth of example builds to show. For those trucks, you need a +18 offset wheel no wider than 9" and some trimming to clear 37s.

I just got my Carli backcountry 2.5 leveling on my 2017 f250 running method 305 and 37/13.50/17 with a 0 offset,with very little trimming very little. Only problem I’m dealing with is a blown shock, my shop can’t get a hold of the people they ordered it from,any suggestions for me so I can tell them so I can tow again. Thanks for any advice.

You'll want to have you or the shop reach out to Carli directly if it's a warranty issue. That will get it resolved quickly as Carli is the one responsible for all warranty.

Thoughts on removing front sway bar? Ive already removed mine for off road articulation and cant tell much difference at all on road. What are the cons of removal since i don't tow much but haul 2000 lbs in the bed often?

Our move is always to do an upgraded sway bar. That way you get the ride improvement of no sway bar, but still have body sway control at high speeds.

On a Super Duty with flares you'll want 0 offset.

To fit 37s on a Super Duty, we typically recommend around 0 offset to +18 offset on a 8.5-9.5” wide wheel. For reference, 0 offset gives a slight poke, while +18 is flush with the factory size fender flares.

No you will have to trim for 38s, and we'd recommend a 0 to +12 offset wheel to get them a little further from the radius arms and sway bar when turning.

Fuel economy really doesn't change much on these trucks as they're made to tow and haul, so some larger tires don't bother them. As for noise, as long as you go with an all terrain or hybrid tire, it really isn't an issue either! The big mud terrains are loud however.

It's literally just a factory bracket from Ford! You can order it from any dealer and bolt the winch right in. It's about as clean and simple as it gets!

Yep! All you'll need is a tiny trim of the fender liner and maybe the bottom edge of the flare if equipped.

I want to run 35s that are flush to about 1" of poke. Does a 0 offset work best for that?

Flush would be +18 offset and some poke would be 0 offset. For an exact number, 0 offset is 18mm further out than +18 offset.

Nope, but the stock wheels are your issue. The tires will rub the radius arms and sway bar unless you run spacers. Stock wheels are +45 offset. To fit 37s on a Super Duty, we typically recommend around 0 offset to +18 offset on a 8.5-9.5” wide wheel. For reference, 0 offset gives a slight poke, while +18 is flush with the factory size fender flares.

This may be a stupid question. Why do some 2017+ superduty trucks have a rear sway bar, and some don't? I have a 2021 f250 and it does have a rear sway bar. Can I take it off?

We recommend ripping that sway bar off immediately if you care about ride! It's just added on with certain trim packages.

Not gonna happen unless you're okay with some contact on the sway bar and radius arms. You can just barely get away with it doing a 12.5 wide all terrain and then adding a Carli sway bar and radius arms for a little more room.

Absolutely! They do reduce the fender opening by about 1.5" though which impacts tire clearance.

Only this gear and setup could make Ford look foolish for not building the truck like this from the factory. They build a rig which really kinda consists of a ‘Tremor’ sticker on the fender and hope y’all can fix it. Amazing.

I can’t stand the way these newer trucks look with 17s or 18s. They freaking wheel just looks so tiny especially with a 37. To all those wanting 37s please get a 20in tall wheel it will look much better. No one needs 7in of sidewall. 😊

We'd actually disagree. 17s and 18s ride considerably better than 20s whether it's on pavement or off road. If you care about ride quality, big tire small wheel will always win. Obviously aesthetics are totally up to the person though.

I got rid of the 20 wheels they make your truck look like a clown truck ,hit a curb and they break ,besides looks stupid. I am running 37x17 toyo mt open country on method 8.5 ,6inch lift looks killer.
