Current CJI is not free from criticism. 0% reforms in judiciary. During his tenure a lady judge writes a letter to save her from sexual harassment. HC justices are contesting in elections. Brahmin judges are quoting irrelevant MANU CODE PRINCIPLES in their judgement. Architect of Indian constitution Bhart ratna Dr.B.R.Ambedkar is humiliated by the judges openly in the courts trial. Pro sangh sangh parivar judges are promoted during current CJIs tenure. In my openion he is just another CJI.

I am not getting on the right and wrong of Electoral bond. The personal emotions of a Judge (anger, Joy, disgust, etc) has to be kept aside while working on a case. The CJI's emotion is immaterial. The law has to be applied without mixing it with emotion. I see that the media and the court are giving too much importance to CJI's emotion. I again repeat the LAW of the land is paramount and it has to be implemented by the court without personalizing.
