I have heard from people whenever there is a positive judgment from Supreme Court for the Central govt. they say it is acting upon the wishes of the govt.- but when the judgement is against the govt.they keep quiet. They do not understand Modi and his government.

Contrary to his image he seems like a very cordial, smart, congenial & elegant leader. Confronting one’s bias and not letting power corrupt the head was very comforting.

Well said the CJI "justice is not something to be accessed but a sovereign function". It is however important to stress that while providing justice is a sovereign function of the State, the Judiciary or the CJI is not sovereign by itself but part of the State. It is the Parliament alone in a democracy which is sovereign.

So what - can he make changes which common people can feel ? I strongly think no. Still Rs 30 lakhs lawyers are enjoying life over in SC cof bail and Adjournment -- Hence sweet english language is not converted into any action on ground

My blunt question to Congress is why were they biased to provided land to Muslim Waqf Board and not to like of Hindus, Sikh, Jain, Parsi. Firstly, why do we provide land to the community who in bulk of 97% voted for a seperate nation and later on only 20% migrated to their so called holy land Pak***an with the greed for the land they held in India. Partition was a Win-Win for Muslims as they held land at both end and Hindus could only gain Lessons on Secularism. Who will take accountability of these One sided Justice NEHRU, Gandhi or their successors

@@111wasim My comment is not propaganda but a fact of Hypocracy of Indian Muslim..if I am wrong go and check with ur ancestor during partition..isn't they voted in favour of Pakistan and stayed back in fear of loosing land
