Fermi(the scientist that it was named after) was Part of the Manhattan Project in the City

Fermilab is associated with the University of Chicago and Enrico Fermi was a professor there, so both are correct

Holy crap! I live in Bull run piedmont! specifically Haymarket, that's crazy! My neighborhood is called piedmont. This makes this series 100 times better to me at least.

Instead of the Mouse, there are always the patricians in Miami. Some are actually Americanist, while some aren't. If you start as one of them and take over the Seminole you can build up a power base to always win the elections then proceed to slowly try to take over the Caribean Empire from the inside.

"Just wait 50 years, they always collapse" WELL they must have changed that because in my playthrough of The mouse tribe, they survived several hundred years and conquered the entirety of Central America. I'm talking from the Yucatun, to Venezuela. I had to gain favor with the Brazilian empire in order to shatter The Caribbean Empire. BUT, the Dominicans rose up and re-conquered the entire Caribbean in like....10 years. Ridiculous rant over...

The wastelands don’t mean that no one can pass, it just means there are no permanent settlements and armies can’t pass through, but trade and civilians probably cross through them.

A reference he either missed or didn't highlight when he was talking about the mecenary name he glossed over the nights of the golden circle they actually existed in our timeline though not as a mercenary group they were in actuality a southern salve society decided to should the csa have won the civil war would have pushed to annex all of mexico and the caribbean to set an agressive salveocracy to maintain there "way of life"

mrXOwarrior I know this sort of late but an update did come out. Created by a group of modders that have revived the mod. Also another version has been released that is a sort of Shattered version.

The link should be located in the description, from there: go ahead and put the file in your mods folder, located in the paradox interactive folder (mines in My Documents). Make sure to extract the whole file into the mod folder, otherwise it may not work right.

Not even sure why they don't just have another flavour-text for the unit types, that involve the use of firearms (I mean, it IS the united states). Light Infantry could be Militia. Heavy Infantry could be your standard professional Soldier. Archers could be Sharpshooters or Snipers. Light Cavalry could just be Cowboys (in keeping with the american theme). Heavy Cavalry would be APCs. Cavalry Archers would be Technicals. And Battle Elephants would be Tanks.

After the End takes place ~600 years after the apocalypse, where very little of modern technology remains. The whole of the Americas has reverted to medieval levels of technology. Firearms, watches, typewriters, and even telescopes are ancient relics that few possess. Many consider these items magical, even divine in origin. The Rust Cultists hold the majority of these relics, but consider them to be the handiwork of gods and will defend them to the death.
