Real home cooking style. His stuff is so savory, he isn't trying to over complicate things to be different. He explains why he does things as he does. He calls his style cooking with the blues but to me he will always be Cooking with the Soul.

It is so refreshing watching you cooking and creating these wonderful dishes...everything you make is so appetizing... Unlike the Food"GARBAGE"Network I wouldn't feed their food to my dog!!!..... The labels on vegetables are safe to eat (if actually consumed)but not very appealing. I always remove them though.
